You probably won't have any issues getting pregnant. Three rounds in, we haven't had any PGS normal embryos. We ended up getting pregnant on our own and unfortunately had an early m/c. He wasn't averse to us trying IUI, but he was concerned about time passing if we had a m/c. My RE suggested we go straight to IVF because he did not think time was on our side as to egg quality. When my partner and I decided to start purposefully trying (we had an ectopic previously), I was 40 years old.
I'm surprised that your RE suggested IUI.
